Tahitian Village is a large, hilly subdivision. Some of the hills are very steep and this lot is on a hill. All structures (including but not limited to fences, sheds and new homes) built in Tahitian Village require a permit from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This lot has water supply, waste water and electricity available at the street. Water supply tap start $3,000 (could go up) and waist water tap start at $8,500 (also could go up) A survey must be conducted for actual amount to tap into the water system. Tahitian Village does not charge POA dues but the Water District charges an annual road fee of as of now $204 but could change in the future.
